As an HRIS Consultant, I have over 9 years of experience in leading and delivering successful HR and payroll systems implementation and change projects across a range of clients and sectors. I have the credentials of MSP and PRINCE2 Practitioner, as well as the skills of training delivery, scope planning, and human resources information systems. I enjoy the fresh challenges that project work brings, and I thrive on collaborating with and supporting my clients and colleagues throughout the entire project life cycle, from scoping to post live support. I have a track record of delivering on time and to budget, as well as bringing process and system improvements across multiple work streams. My specialties include MHR iTrent, SDWorx HRe, Civica Pensions applications, Profund Classic and oPen, MS Office, Oracle, and SQL Server. My mission is to enable HR and payroll transformation and innovation through effective and efficient systems solutions.
