Mark Dinhobl is a research data scientist at the USDA Agricultural Research Service. He graduated in 2022 with a PhD in Agricultural Economics from Texas A&M University. He is currently working on classification and pipeline tools for the examination of African Swine Fever Virus.His dissertation subject was urban and rural transit district efficiency calculated using nonparametric and parametric frontier analysis.
