I’m a proactive and detail-driven Operational Excellence Analyst with extensive experience in manufacturing transformation, ERP implementation, and continuous improvement across global operations. At James Walker, I collaborate with local SMEs across manufacturing and service centre sites to identify and implement best practices that enhance value and quality for our customers. I create detailed Process Packs to eliminate non-value-adding activities and support the company’s digitalisation strategy. I investigate manufacturing inefficiencies using Lean Six Sigma methodologies, striving for innovative, sustainable solutions. As a change champion, I confidently challenge the status quo and support teams through transformation. I work closely with production to improve key metrics such as OEE and value-added rates, and act as a liaison between Operations, Finance, and IT to identify and validate improvement opportunities. As part of the Keystone team, I help prepare and roll out the new ERP system (CSI) across UK and global sites—ensuring alignment between business processes and system capabilities.
