For over 15 years, I’ve been at the forefront of the Controlled Environment Agriculture (CEA) and cannabis industries, transforming ideas into thriving businesses and delivering results that make a lasting impact. My journey began with Aqua Vita Farms, one of the first commercial aquaponic farms in the U.S, where I combined innovation and sustainability to redefine indoor agriculture.Since then, I’ve scaled multi-state cannabis operations, driven startups to over $60M in annual revenue, and led over 300 cultivation projects across North America. I live by a simple yet powerful philosophy: People, Plants, and Profits. To me, success starts with building strong teams, fostering innovation, and delivering outcomes that drive growth and resilience.I’ve always been passionate about finding solutions to complex challenges. Whether it’s commissioning state-of-the-art facilities, implementing efficiency strategies that save millions, or leading teams through global disruptions like COVID-19, I’m committed to helping organizations thrive in competitive and ever-changing markets.But what truly drives me is people.
