This role provides Production Unit customer, leadership and point of contact for facility management/ building owner of the buildings & areas which are inhabited by FFIP. FFIP occupies three buildings at the Swiftwater site. This role provides leadership and support at least the following areas: • Provides leadership to coordinate Production Unit needs for facility maintenance, utilities, and metrology. Provides single point of contact for the site services facility maintenance organization. •Provides factory technical / customer representation and review on facility & utility issues, utility reports, etc. •Provides facility compliance leadership to assure facilities are in a compliant, clean state at all times. •Provides general support to the factory operations team, potentially as cleaning, gowns, or similar representative. •Provides leadership and support to improvement efforts (OEE, deviation reduction, capacity improvements, COGs, etc.) •Provides Production Unit coordination for shutdown and maintenance activities •Provides Safety leadership for Production Unit.
