I am a hardworking, passionate and results driven individual. Operations, People Management, Sales and Customer Services are my passions and I have over 30 years’ experience in Sales, Management, Banking, Financial Services, Customer experience, Retail and now Operations Management, including managing multisite teams and managers (face to face and remotely). I’m highly organised, self-motivated and enthusiastic with a proven track-record in leading successful teams. I worked for NatWest Bank for 31 years, since leaving school. I have worked my way up, working with fantastic colleagues and teams. I have been lucky to receive a lot of training and development throughout my career and have ultimately grown with experience to be a confident and accomplished, Senior Manager. I have undertaken many different roles in this time including Branch Manager, Cluster Manager, Local Director and now Area Premier manager. In this role I lead and coach 10 Premier Managers (Relationship Managers) in Bristol. My skills including : Operations, Facility management, Warehouse Management, Growing Sales, Influencing, Presentation, Planning, Project Management, Performance Management, Growing Income, Costs, Customer Experience (NPS), Migration, People Management, Delivering change, Community Events, Networking, Risk and Compliance. I now have more recent experience in Operations Management for Retail, Contract Logistics in the Aerospace industry
