About Mark Duncan

I've been in dentistry treating patients since 1995 and have been honored to be a published author, industry Key Opinion Leader, Full-time Faculty at the prestigious Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies and have lectured internationally on advanced dental techniques. I am currently practicing at Aesthetic Dentistry of Georgetown where we offer relationship centered fee for service dental care. In addition to dentistry, I have a keen interest in Commercial Real Estate. I own a company that helps facilitate access and use of recreational land across the country. With Land-Pact.com, we offer people the opportunity to unburden themselves with land that isn't serving their needs and pair it with people who are excited to take advantage of those opportunities. I have also been involved with the Commercial Academy and am actively pursuing opportunities in Commercial Real Estate. Key areas of interest are Medical Office Space and Retail Center rehabilitation as well as vacation/recreation oriented projects. As a part of the large Commercial Academy network, I have access to resources and expertise in all aspects of Commercial Real Estate and am happy to facilitate a connection if any projects lie outside my area of interest.
