About Mark Dye

Over 28years of experience in the EHS and Training field. He learned the environmental business from the ground up working as a Field Chemist, EH & S Manager/Trainer, Subject Matter Expert (SME) for environmental software development, and Contracts Manager. Mark's SAP experience started in 2003 as an SME for convergence of 3 pilot projects into a unified solution for the U.S. Navy. His experience with legacy systems allowed him to quickly gain and understanding of overall PLM processes coupled with EH & S functionality. Working for TechniData/SAP, Mark has worked on many implementations and worked in areas including: Product Safety, Compliance for Products, Incident Management, Industrial Hygiene, Occupational Health, and SAP Product and REACH Compliance as the lead consultant. Mark has performed the role of Project Manager, for multiple, Compliance for Products, SAP Product and Reach Compliance, and Incident Management/Occupational Health Implementations. He is also managed multiple resources both internally and externally for many of these projects. Extensive knowledge of Navy/Army business processes included HSMS and other legacy systems. Was involved with the Navy merge project for 3 years during the initial implementation. Working for multiple utilities, as well as the government gives a unique skill set working with multicultural teams, as well as international experience. Mark has worked for customers in South Korea, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands. In 2012, Mark started his own venture forming The Dye Group and procuring multiple contracts.
