About Mark Eckert

I started my professional career in coaching and personal training. I learned about managing an entire team as well as how to tailor the perfect service for one-on-one relationships. I am passionate about business, exercise science, and team based initiatives. I enjoy working with other people in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment and adapt quickly to new routines and challenges. I view every challenge as an opportunity to establish new skills and am driven to succeed both individually and as a team. My specialties include the following: communication, leadership, time/resource management, and analytical assessment. Similarly, my background has provided me with the skills to not only properly manage my personal time/resources but also that of an entire group. Team-based initiatives/projects allow for great experience and greater responsibilities that aid new staff in the onboarding process. I am patient and have experience in teaching new staff the fundamentals. I enjoy helping newcomers build their own skills and become more self-sufficient.
