I joined Halff’s Environmental practice in 1990, later became the leader of the Oil and Gas practice and eventually joined the management team where I currently serve as president/CEO. I also served on Halff’s board of directors from 2013 to 2015. As part of Halff’s management team, my focus is on strategic direction, client service, company culture and growth of our people. One of my greatest passions is creating a culture that ensures our employees are reaching their full potential. I believe employees who receive a variety of opportunities to expand their knowledge and who have plenty of room to grow within our firm make the best consultants to our clients and experience tremendous career satisfaction. I am inspired by the exceptional people of Halff and am driven to create an entrepreneurial environment in which they can thrive.
