Since 1988, East West Realty has represented 6 award winning master planned communities in Hampton Roads- Gatling Pointe, Gatling Pointe South, Founders Pointe, The Riverfront at Harbour View, Eagle Harbor, and Liberty Ridge. Oversees the new home sales operation at the Founders Pointe waterfront community in Isle of Wight County, and for The Riverfront at Harbour View in Suffolk. Was integrally involved in the marketing & sales of Gatling Pointe and Gatling Pointe South in Smithfield, VA. Has received 34 Circle of Excellence Sales Awards from the HRRA spanning 1986-2022. Also has received 20 Platinum Outstanding Salesmanship Awards from the VPAR and HRRA. New Homes Salesperson of the Year for the Hampton Roads Realtors Association. Has served on the HRRA Board of Directors for 16 years. Involved with several major home shows with the "Parade of Homes" at Gatling Pointe South (won the Gold Award from NAHB for the Best Parade of Homes in America in 1993), with the TBA's "Home-a-rama" at The Riverfront in 2001 (over visitors) and in 2011 visitors), and with the first ever "Spring Home-a-rama" at Founders Pointe in May, 2010. Also was involved with the 2016 PHBA Parade of Homes event in Founders Pointe. Has worked closely with over 20 quality homebuilders in our four communities in the Hampton Roads area. Currently is marketing new homes for Sasser Construction, a member of the Southern Living Custom Builder Program and is currently building in Founders Pointe (Isle of Wight County), Governor's Pointe and The Waterfront at Parkside (Suffolk), and Martin's Point (Chesapeake).
