About Mark Elrick

I am a successful technical leader and manager with over 10 years’ experience in the Royal New Zealand Airforce, maintaining an educational upskilling ethos, and an active volunteer within my community. Prior to this career path, I worked at Alcatel Lucent within the Network Operations Center and volunteered with St Johns ambulance. Leading a cross functional and geographically diverse team of technical and operational members, I have been fortunate enough to develop and refine key technical and interpersonal skills over a dynamic and agile career. Working in multiple national and international settings, I have a well rounded comprehension of global and local business and culture. I am keenly motivated in developing, helping and bringing the best out of people, technology and processes. My recent endeavor is to expand my career and technical knowledge in Cyber Security, undertaking and completing additional university education and attaining industry certifications.
