I have experience in both publicly traded brands to PE-backed companies, including those that have initiated their IPO’s transitioning from private to public. My experience crosses department store, specialty, and off-price formats carrying women’s, men’s, children’s, beauty, and home categories. Target markets have ranged across a broad range of age and income demographics. I have had an array of roles including focused on retail operations, learning and development, and talent management.
