About Mark Ennes

Mark R Ennes is a Senior Consultant who began his financial services career in 1979 and joined Merrill in 1981. Mark graduated from Valparaiso University with a BA in English and Pre- Law. As a 44 year resident of Porter County, Mark and his wife Mary currently live in Valparaiso where they raised their three daughters, Megan, Erin, and Colleen. Mark previously served as president of both the Alumni Association of Valparaiso University, Sunrise Kiwanis, as a board member of the Valparaiso Fire Protection Territory, as a director of the Valparaiso Building Corporation, and as a board member of the Tippecanoe Watershed Foundation. Mark holds a Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor™ designation. He uses his access to the investment resources of Merrill, its specialists and the banking convenience of Bank of America to address various aspects of clients' financial lives. He works with clients to identify their primary goals- including education funding, tax minimization strategies, retirement assets and services- and then commits himself to crafting strategies designed to help clients achieve desired outcomes, while creating, managing, and preserving their wealth for current and future generations.
