Mark is a qualified Chartered Accountant (Australia) with over 25 years of executive search experience across Asia Pacific, including Australia, Hong Kong, Singapore, and now Japan. As Head of Page Executive Japan, Mark leads senior-level search mandates across all industries, with a focus on Board, C-Suite, CFO, and HR leadership roles. He partners closely with global organisations to identify and appoint transformative leaders who drive strategic impact. Mark began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, gaining deep expertise in Audit & Assurance and Transaction Services (M&A and IPO advisory). He then spent a decade with Michael Page, leading key business units across Australia and Hong Kong, including Banking & Financial Services, Legal, Technology, and Property. In 2012, he was appointed Managing Director of Ambition Hong Kong, where he led the firm’s strategic growth. In 2014, Mark founded Bowen Partners, a boutique executive search firm, before joining Page Executive to lead and expand its Japan practice. Known for his deep market insight and strong client partnerships, Mark is passionate about helping organisations in Japan navigate leadership succession, executive talent scarcity, and organisational transformation.
