CFO, VP Finance, Corporate Controller known for improving processes while engaging employees/teams for business growth and decision support. Expertise in manufacturing, distribution, mergers & acquisitions, strategic planning, hardware & software technology, and IT managed services. In March, Mark was instrumental in closing on a reverse triangular merger moving the company in a new strategic direction. Mark has also achieved success in implementing and project management of new processes and improving existing processes, centralizing corporate functions, implementing ERP systems, and having responsibility for financial reporting, ad hoc analysis, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, operations metrics and KPIs, corporate tax, human resources, information systems, and controls in both large and small businesses. I am a collaborative CFO and not your hub & spoke manager. I have the ability to communicate effectively across all aspects of the company and believe one needs to walk the floor and get to know people. My experience has taught me to be organized and results driven by taking a hands-on approach. I also have experience with Lean, Six Sigma, and quality programs.
