An enthusiastic IT Systems / Infrastructure Engineer with skills in operating, troubleshooting and maintaining all aspects of technology and computer systems. I learn quickly and provide logical thought to evidence gathering, documents and action log reporting. I have been involved with computers from an early age, not only using them but repairing, building and incorporating them in complex systems. I consider this a passion, my life and a job combined. From initial employment in mainly domestic computer repairs and installation, my career has developed into the commercial/enterprise sector. This experience has a proven track record which is well respected and trusted. I provide high IT technical proficiency and network skills and combine these with logical thought processes to resolve issues. I can work on my own or with a team/project group or 3rd party support services. When passing information on to others I always ensure it is detailed, easy to understand and includes all other relevant data that might be required. Training others either 1 on 1 or in a group session is not a problem, I like to make it fun as well as informative. I am often looked at as a natual leader and use this to help others. Perfection is something I aim to achieve, knowing when to spend extra time on a task or not is an important skill of mine. I plan for the future on how a process can be improved, this can benefit not only myself but also others and is a key factor when I consider spending that little extra time. I am always improving my skills in my own home server lab and keep up to date by reading various news and information websites. I like to take part in early release testing in many different areas of tech (alpha / betas for software or hardware). I am keen to discuss tech news with others around me and always try to take a natural stance no matter my own opinions.
