I am known for providing excellent results based training for inbound and outbound sales agents which has resulted in motivated and driven staff members hitting their sales targets and KPI's. I have negotiated exclusive member only package pricing with leisure travel providers. This includes cruise lines, hotels and resorts, air, ground travel providers, leisure lifestyle brands, destinations for shopping, fine dining, wine, live entertainment, golf, and spas, generating more than $215 million in annual revenue. I have demonstrated my strong analytical skills through undertaking extensive market and competitor analysis and have subsequently used these insights to develop data driven strategies to consistently optimise value in the business commercial performance.
