I have a strong track record in developing talent and raising the awareness, benefits and execution of effective Corporate Governance across the whole business. My focus is on delivering governance solutions that empower organizations to align with strategic objectives effectively. I have worked in global roles in the manufacturing, retail, financial services sectors. I use this experience to quickly drive and embed meaningful impacts in businesses seeking to improve their Corporate Governance. My experience of successfully delivering in a wide range of corporate cultures is drawn from tailoring Internal Audit, Risk Management, Investigative and Compliance approaches to drive the biggest impact. I am passionate, energetic, people-focused and highly committed. I use authenticity and my extensive experience to drive successful communication at all levels of an organisation from Audit Committee and Board to all colleagues. I have led or supported Mentoring, Diversity and Sustainability initiatives in all my roles, often creating innovative approaches to drive change both within the Internal Audit team or across the entire business. In my most recent role at RHI Magnesita, I spearheaded the Finance Transformation program, overseeing the successful implementation of tools and process improvements recognized as a "lighthouse project." I am committed to fostering collaboration and driving impactful operational excellence by developing scalable systems that deliver measurable value across all levels of the organization.
