I’m a hands-on SaaS sales leader with 10+ years’ experience building and scaling revenue teams in fast-growing B2B HR Software, from early-stage execution through to fast growing scale up.My background spans mid-market and enterprise sales across EMEA, with deep experience hiring, onboarding and developing Account Executives, improving quota attainment and win rates, and building disciplined, predictable go-to-market motions as teams and complexity scale.I’m a strong believer in the player-coach model. I stay close to the deals, support complex multi-stakeholder sales cycles from strategy through close, and focus heavily on sales craft, deal quality, and long-term rep development not just short-term output.I’ve spent much of my career working in growth-stage environments, partnering closely with RevOps, Marketing, Product and Finance to improve pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy and execution consistency across regions. I’m particularly motivated by roles where I can help teams transition from founder-led or early-stage selling into structured, repeatable revenue engines.At this stage of my career, I’m looking for a new challenge where I can apply that experience in a business with strong product-market fit and clear ambition building, coaching and scaling sales teams around a product I genuinely believe in.From an opportunity closing perspective I have consistently have overachieved 100%+ as both an individual contributor and Team quota.
