Mark Fleming has over 25 years of experience advising and partnering with c-suite and board level clients from both large global and emerging high growth communications, media, and technology firms on critical strategic, operational, and transformative initiatives and programs. Under Mr. Fleming’s leadership at the major billion dollar consultancies, Accenture, Wipro, and Cap Gemini business units, he advised and teamed with his clients to drive step change in their shareholder value through dramatic revenue growth, cost reduction and synergies, and process improvement, while increasing customer retention and satisfaction. A key part of his career was his 13 years at Accenture, the world’s largest consulting firm with a $50 billion market capitalization and employees in 56 countries, including as a Managing Partner in North America and EMEA both before and subsequent to its’ $1.7 billion IPO. Mr. Fleming had major P&L responsibilities over the past 15 years of his career including leading global client relationships, and building and managing operating units with $1 billion in annual revenue and 1,500 employees. Mr. Fleming’s track record of innovative operational and organizational structures, transformational change programs and achievement of dramatic financial results for his clients, has been the hallmark of his career. Under Mr. Fleming’s leadership his teams, ranging in size from 5 to over 1500 professionals, developed executable strategies and implementation programs to achieve measurable and dramatic financial benefits through increased ARPU, reduced customer churn, key process improvement, and improved customer satisfaction. Mr. Fleming’s functional expertise and experience have focused on corporate and business unit strategy, BPO (finance, supply chain, CRM, HR) and IT outsourcing, process re-engineering and organizational design/effectiveness, and change management execution.
