Extensive experience in the Biopharmaceutical/manufacturing / pharmaceutical sector, currently working as Packaging operations Supervisor and previously as a Bioprocessing Associate/ Manufacturing Specialist and Packing Team Lead. Strong leadership experience, highly motivated and a history of exceeding targets and KPIs. Adherence and creation of SOPs, created an SOP for processing tablet waste that resulted in significant savings for the company. Complete all tasks and audit all paperwork on batch completion, conduct in-process checks and any relevant investigations. Achieved the highest outputs over a ten-year period while adhering to high quality standards. Check and weigh raw materials. Ensure machine settings are correct. Ensure correct running of equipment in accordance with relevant SOP's. Maintain a clean production environment. Run Quality checks (i.e, size and weight of finished product,assembling,packaging and labelling. Conduct some machine maintenance. Ensure high standards of GMP. Ensure daily targets are met. Prepare and audit paperwork. Adhere to all company and legislative health, safety and environmental requirements. Recently completed a level 6 Certificate in Pharmaceutical & Medical Device Operations at Innopharma Education / TUD, I have gained knowledge of Pharma Science, Facilities & Utilities Management, QC & GMP, Medical Device Operations and a Level 7 course in Biopharmaceutical Processing in Sligo ATU I run marathons in my spare time.
