In my current role as the owner of an Insurance agency, I have successfully grown the business by offering a wide range of insurance products and services, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. I also provide consulting services to optimize leadership and cross-functional communication in small and medium-sized businesses. Leveraging my expertise in field customer service, forecast accuracy, inventory management, supply chain management, routing optimization, distribution, and customer experience, I have worked with clients such as GLG and Open Land of Texas, a start-up company, and have helped them achieve their goals and exceed their expectations.
