Currently I am managing the Performance / Motorsports / Accessories Studio. I work to demonstrate the highest level of ethical standards and integrity. I enjoy solving problems and coming up with innovative Ideas that will improve the work environment. I take full responsibility for my work and I am accountable for the results. I work collaboratively with each discipline to get the work done on time using OneNote. I think beyond the "day-to-day" to consider and initiate continuous improvement that will simplify our work process and make it more efficient in our work life as well as our personal life. Safety is a top priority in my personal life and for those around me. I am experienced in the beginning and final stages of the design production process, including having a good eye for high quality creative surface. I can efficiently manage highly demanding jobs with stretched timing and deliver high quality full size clay models that are well executed. I can adapt to change and deal with ambiguous conditions. I am comfortable handling the risk and uncertainty involved in change. I welcome new ideas and I am open-minded about different approaches that are unproven or loosely defined. I feel these attributes are supported by my achievements mentioned above, and are helping optimize my performance and motivate the team My Global experience includes working in Germany, Brazil and Australia. I have a diverse back ground growing up overseas in Brazil. I speak fluent Portuguese.
