Education Technology Specialist | Author of 'Teach English with AI'(2026)| Curriculum Designer | Digital Learning Strategist I'm an education technology specialist and curriculum designer with over three decades of experience transforming how students learn. My new book,'Teach English with AI', will be published by Routledge in early 2026. It is a practical guide for educators. It offers clear strategies for using AI tools to personalise learning, spark creativity, and improve student outcomes. I'm interested in connecting with fellow educators and innovators in the EdTech space. Recently, I developed a comprehensive Performing Arts curriculum from scratch for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as an International Subject Matter Expert at Emkan Education. This large-scale project involved creating content standards, performance standards, and teacher standards that will reach every student from kindergarten through Year 12. Currently, my work includes teaching students in many different countries, particularly in China, Singapore, and Hong Kong, through Leo Tuition. I've also created over 100 online courses in English Language, Literature, and Critical Thinking for learners aged 4 to 18. I spent 27 years working in boarding schools, where I pioneered digital transformation initiatives, led the transition from analogue to digital learning, and designed blended learning models. I have extensive experience in pastoral care, curriculum leadership, and building relationships with Ed Tech startups. I specialize in the intersection of technology and pedagogy, with particular expertise in e-learning design using Articulate Storyline 360 and Adobe Creative Suite. My professional development includes courses from MIT, Columbia, Penn, and UBC on topics ranging from design thinking to blended learning and AI in education.
