About Mark Gadzikowski

As a staff technical writer at Sony Interactive Entertainment, I have over 12 years of experience in creating accurate, brief, and clear publications for the gaming and entertainment industry. I lead, recommend, and deliver consumer content and communication strategy for the organization, partnering with counterparts across PlayStation to align with and influence the broader content strategy and writing practices. I also educate colleagues and develop technical writing as a core technical practice across our organization. My core competencies include UX text development and editing, packaging and consumer documentation management, API documentation and tools, and authorship of original instructional content. I helped three other writers develop all UX text strings for PlayStation®4 game console, updated UX text for PlayStation®3 and PS Vita game consoles, PS Store, and PS Network, and managed stakeholder reviews of packaging and consumer documentation for PlayStation®3/4/Vita/VR/5/VR2 game consoles and accessories. I’ve also researched and written API documentation for various companies, established documentation processes and tools, and patented a novel method for selecting items in a VR environment. My mission is to provide engaging, informative, and user-friendly content that enhances the PlayStation experience and brand.
