Negotiate and draft sophisticated contracts, research and development (R&D) agreements, licenses, enterprise licenses and sales, service agreements, joint ventures, strategic alliances, change orders, and other agreements. Ensure contract compliance with statutes and regulations, including federal laws and regulations related to antitrust, price fixing laws, exporting technology, tariffs, customs, emerging markets, and more.
