I am a lawyer, consultant and business adviser with more than thirty years experience in Corporate and Commercial Law developed in a variety of industries, together with extensive business management experience underpinned by an MBA. I held several General Counsel and Company Secretary roles within both listed and non-listed gaming companies, assuming total responsibility for all aspects of their global commercial, corporate and intellectual property legal services. Along with Commercial, Property and Gaming Law, I have been pioneering the area of Agile Contracting for companies participating in IT projects that feature Agile and Scrum project management principals. I work closely with business units and key stakeholders to develop and facilitate business growth while providing necessary legal safeguards. What do I do?
