Experienced Logistics Professional with a demonstrated history of working in the maritime industry. Skilled in Negotiation, Operations Management, Freight, Global Logistics, and Account Management. In September 2017 I joined Agrakepak International as Logistics Manager. I currently manage a team of 5 logistics professionals. The function of our team is to provide exceptional customer service ensuring product arrives on time to meet our customers requirements and with correct documentation which complies with international regulations. In this role I am also responsible for sourcing internal and international transport for over 2,500 reefer containers each year. In 2010 I joined CMA CGM as a customer service representative before moving into sales. During my time with CMA CGM, I studied with the Institute of Chartered Shipbrokers and gained my Membership and Professional Qualification (M.I.C.S.) in January 2017. I graduated with an IITI Diploma in International Trade and Marketing in 2001, after which I joined the Export Department of Evergreen Shipping Agency Ireland LTD. During my 6 years with Evergreen I worked my way to the position of Export Team Leader, Office Assistant Manager and Sales Representative. I am a diligent, organized, hard worker. I work well in a team and on solo projects, and have always enjoyed a good rapport with both my fellow colleagues, and customers. I have extensive experience in an office working environment.
