I am outstanding communicator, self-motivated and an expert at building and developing relationships at various business levels which equipped me to be a target-driven while driving motivation to team members and organisations via a combination of world class service delivery, lean operating methods, renewed operational directions – with a consistent hunger for success across the roles that I have held within my career, as an individual and as a professional. This experience as a Leader and Senior Level Management professional has ensured that I have been able to drive ongoing outcomes across organisations by building and leading top performing teams, displaying communicative excellence to cultivate key relationships with all levels of personnel, clients, businesses, and management. I am equally effective at identifying opportunities, developing focus, and providing tactical business solutions within parameters set by the organisation’s standards that result in business growth, continuous success and achievement of corporate goals and objectives. My time in employment has allowed me to not only succeed professionally, but to expand my personal understandings, expectations of myself, and expectations of those around me.
