As a professional Geo-Scientist and experienced Project Manager I view my job as helping the organization reach our goals and build effectively proficient teams; this is achieved through project & organizational optimization & conformance. We are our best when we adopt an ethos of strong ethics coupled with a respect for our past while instilling a vision for an innovative future. By necessity change is a byproduct of innovation and growth; change doesn't have to be big and scary, but it does have to be measured and benchmarked. In 2018, I took on the challenge and developed cutting edge scientific equipment and processes. I Lead my team to consistently exceed organizational goals and effectiveness through establishing testing protocols and new industry standards and benchmarks. Additionally I identified and eliminated waste and set in place strategic planning to ensure sustained business development.
