Custom Fleet - Oct 2014 My manager at GE became CIO at Custom Fleet as part of its separation from GE. I joined the Custom Fleet team as part of the separation project. While still at GE this involved working with GE USA and local procurement specialists to ensure Custom Fleet separated with the required software licencing agreements in place. Custom Fleet - Oct 2015 - Now IT Services Analyst - During the exit from GE I worked on the project budget, stand-up of Call Centre solution, stand-up of Avaya IPOffice PABX solution, DR capability stand-up from greenfields position, IT OPEX budget management. IT Services Leader (2018 - now)- During my time as IT Services Leader - Migrated from Service Now to Ivanti ISM, built out new automated flows in Ivanti for on-boarding/off-boarding staff, automated incident escalation, the CAB process has been completely revamped, process flows for HR, Legal and Marketing teams introduced. The Service Catalog has grown to 150 items resulting in reduced call volumes- Built DR capability from the ground up, our last annual test included shutdown of Production network and core receivables system, bringing online at our secondary site, running a full overnight batch and invoicing batch successfully and returning environments to pre-test state in a weekend- As the Call Centre provider relationship manager, I have overseen the on-going development of call flows, including white label call flows for major customers- I've tightly managed the multi-million dollar IT OPEX budget, renewal of IT subscriptions, procurement of EUC/general IT SW for over 5 years- Outside my core role I have also successfully managed a number of projects - Non-Prod migration from on-site to AWS/VMC, Oracle upgrade from 12C to 19C, non-Java access method to Core receivables system, POC of AWS Connect and presentation to Exec team, I also helped on the IT info' Sec' project introducing ISM/ISO27001 capability to Custom Fleet, plus the migration from ServiceNow to Ivanti ISM.
