With 23 years of experience in government agencies I have a breadth and depth of knowledge in Government HR and Finance policies and procedures and have facilitated training and development of new initiatives to divisional members. My strength is in my ability to streamline processes and improving efficiencies of operations and systems. As a member of the business services team I have successfully supported the broader business through provision of budget and financial reporting, processing of HR and Finance related documents, as well as interpreting legislation. Leveraging my skills in human resource services, finance and administration, as well as project management I have effectively delivered clearly articulated successful outcomes for organisational work plans. I am a very energetic, enthusiastic person and strive to exceed expectations both in the work field and in my personal life. I possess excellent communication skills and have established strong relationships across my team and the broader business, whilst also being able to work autonomously.
