Having served as CFO, non-executive director, and consultant, I bring deep expertise in driving commercial success, improving operational efficiencies, and influencing industry best practices. My current role builds on this experience by shaping strategic offerings and advancing industry insights. At Enable, I was brought on board to help bridge the gap between commercial strategy and operational execution, leveraging my background as a former client who understands both the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses navigating complex commercial environments. I have launched and led global advisory services, developed thought leadership, and collaborated with stakeholders across pricing, procurement, supply chain, and finance functions to drive impactful change. Regularly sought as a speaker at global events, I have delivered keynote addresses at the World Finance Forum and Procurement & Supply Chain London LIVE, as well as teaching commercial policy at the Professional Pricing Society.
