I am an accomplished and highly experienced operational leader and retail industry expert with over 20 years’ experience, predominately within blue chip Petroleum companies. I have a demonstrated ability in managing large front-line customer facing teams, across multiple sites with large operating budgets and sales turnover in excess of $100m annually. I have extensive experience managing both Multi Site Franchisee and Company Operated Sites. including compliance to company merchandising and operational standards, financials, inventory, HSSE and HR. My broad retail experience encompasses back office operations, budget management, sales analysis, and most recently implementing significant project and change programs. Strong commercial background negotiating franchisee contracts, and partnering closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver joint business revenue and turnover targets, achievement of sales revenue, fuel volume and EBIT financial targets.
