About Mark Golding

I have worked in the construction industry for over forty years, spanning three continents ( Europe, Asia & Africa), during which time i have experienced many challenging and enjoyable experiences and made very many good friends. I have managed diverse projects featuring interior design and fit-out works, from palaces to banks, hotels to hospitals, restaurants to sports stadia, offices to retail outlets and more. This experience and my solid background as an internationally accredited Civil Engineer has contributed to my passion for problem solving and quality finishes. I have built up my present business from scratch and developed it to the point where we can help people realise their aspirations by creating quality living and working spaces. We understand the need for safety and security combined with comfort to create the ideal relaxed living experience. We understand corporate identity and how this can be realised through design concepts and bespoke fit-outs. As a naturalised Tanzanian citizen I have striven to provide good quality products for the growing number of discerning customers in the country and, over the years, have built up a portfolio of interior-centric materials such as floor coverings, blinds, skirting, cornices, furniture, partitions and the like. To this end we hold the franchise for Trellidor (the makers of the continents strongest security barriers) in Tanzania and have invested in an assembly line which enables us to produce locally and deliver within days.
