About Mark Goodwin

I have over ten years' experience in leading strategic communication, employee engagement, safety and change implementation across diverse, international audiences. I love coming up with solutions and creating content that people actually want to engage with, connecting our business purpose to people. In our offices, factory floor or warehouses, I aim to capture the cool things we do and experiences we create that make our organisation unique. My extensive commercial experience, employee wellbeing and customer service management blended with a high level of talking to people in a way they actually talk helps me to positively engage diverse and dynamic workforces. When I'm not talking about how great our people and appliances are, you'll find me travelling, pointing my camera at something that's grabbed my interest, or scouring music stores for that record I never knew that I just had to own.
