I am the current owner of All-N-Won Wellness. My passion for Well-being is based on a multi-disciplinary approach to maximizing the impact of an individual, couple or team's success and engagement of making long-term lifestyle changes in health, work and life. I am highly looking forward to relocating to the Tampa/Clearwater in spring 2019 with the desire to get back into Corporate Wellness. My intention join a company where I can actively support and/or lead a wellness team and program with my over 30 combined years of experience as a Certified Wellness and Lifestyle Medicine Coach, Certified Corporate Wellness Specialist, Personal Trainer, Executive Chef, Retired Navy Chief and Inspirational Wellness Speaker. My focus and client success is in long-term lifestyle changes and maximizing participation rates in company wellness program including C-Suite and mid-level management while understanding the 3 top challenges of the work environment: Chronic Stress, P.O.S.T-Prolonged Occupational Sitting Time and Poor Food Choices effect.
