About Mark Gowdridge

The ethos of both GT3 Architects and Regen Partner, is around improving communities through sport, leisure and good quality housing. We are proud to have developed GT3 Architects into one of the leading UK sports and leisure practices. Our design quality, consultancy and sustainable understanding has served us well over the years. Now however, the greatest challenge is that of finance. Regen Partner was set up to answer the challenge around finance and allowing private and public sector clients to borrow money at much cheaper rates.
