I am an expert at making learning stick with 17 years experience in delivering multiple programmes across NZ, Australia and across Asia Pacific. My style is fresh, informal and fun. I build rapport easily and can turn even the most reluctant and skeptical attendees into fully on-board and active participants. I maintain high levels of interaction throughout the day, reading the fluctuating moods of each group and changing things up before group members lower their engagement. I believe that the engagement of participants and particularly of the most senior managers within the organisation, is critical to the success of all learning programmes. I don’t ‘talk at’ my groups; my expertise is in creating learning opportunities through shared stories that relate to how the content directly applies to individuals - both in the workplace and in their personal lives.
