About Mark Greenfield

I support our clients to develop their ‘organisational health’, developing collaborative leadership at all levels of organisations and across systems, accelerating the performance of teams and boards, providing comprehensive coaching interventions and facilitating practical outcomes. Clients tell me my style is dynamic and enthusiastic, driven by a belief that development should be fun and that individuals can achieve much more in a highly interactive, goal-focused environment. I have enjoyed over twenty five years working with leaders to develop their behaviours and transform organisational cultures. Initially fifteen years in business management and leadership development within the pharmaceutical industry, and since working directly with individuals and teams to develop outstanding leadership in the private, public and voluntary sectors and improve performance. I use many tools in my work: I am a certified coach; qualified in step I and II of the Myers Briggs Type Indicator; an approved facilitator of the Aston Team Performance Inventory; a Licensed Business Practitioner for Motivational Maps, and accredited coach for the DLiH leadership behaviour assessment toolkit.
