Principal Consultant - 19 years of infrastructure and architectural consulting experience with a current emphasis on Identity Strategies and Cloud Migration and Modernization. Incorporate presentation skills (Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) since 1998) to CXO audiences, global events, and to internal Microsoft audiences. Passionate about learning, growth and development for Microsoft, our Customers and Partners. Enjoy identifying gaps or white spaces and creating/providing opportunities to fulfil those. PROGRAM MANAGEMENT & LEADERSHIP • Orchestrate and Led the WW Identity Technical Community within Microsoft of nearly 2 dozens lead roles and over 3,500 members worldwide. Curated and Created content across multiple forms of community calls, technical podcasts and learning resource guides. • Envisioned and Co-Led an internal Microsoft Event called SPARK, which was a grassroots effort "for the field, and by the field" delivering level 3-400 technical sessions from real world experiences. The most recent event more than doubled the first event, yielding over live attendees in a week with nearly 600 unique sessions delivered. • Created internal virtual event (and now on YouTube) to fill another white space of certification preparation readiness called Certification Exam Rapid Training (C.E.R.T) for sessions that used to exist at Microsoft internal and external conventions - https://aka.ms/YouTube/CERT • Mentored at scale by creating an internal group for Principal Consultants to bring top leaders to the conversation, alternating sessions with interviewing top leaders for their history and perspectives and also gaining advice from others' thought leadership principles. • Contributed innovative ideas as a committee advisory member for two other Microsoft internal Technical Leadership groups, shaping their future content and direction.
