About Mark Guidry

I bring over 40 years of accounting and financial experience with an emphasis on the telecommunications industry. I'm currently the Chief Financial Officer at cloud-focused telecommunications provider, WaveFly/Benchmark Communications. I received a BSBA degree in Accounting and an MBA from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and practiced public accounting for 7 years as a Certified Public Accountant in Lafayette, Louisiana. My innovative marketing, sales, and market support programs earned me top honors with Record Masters. I have served in various capacities with Himscorp and Iron Mountain, including the positions of Chief Information Officer of Himscorp and as a Y2K compliance consultant with Iron Mountain. I was founder and President of Record Masters of New Orleans, which was acquired by Himscorp in February 1995, and later by Iron Mountain (NYSE: IRM) in November 1997. I developed Record Masters of New Orleans into the largest record management business in the New Orleans metropolitan area, and one of the largest healthcare records management firms in the United States. I have demonstrated in the past much success in developing and implementing marketing plans which includes the market development of products and services, tactical marketing activities that are key to promoting products and services, and I am a proponent of providing the absolute best in market service and support.
