Mark Guy, along with his wife Amanda, opened Complete Auto Service Center in January 2016 after working for nearly 20 years in the same location as a mechanic and then manager for Bills Auto Repair. Their desire is to build on the long-standing tradition of quality (and complete) auto repair by providing peace of mind to customers through personal service, consistent communication, and attention to detail. Mark still enjoys the challenge and fulfillment of returning complex vehicles to their original running condition though this professional satisfaction is now trumped by the joy experienced when customers become friends. Mark loves to learn and explore how things work and how people think. He is passionate about his family, his church, and his community. He serves in his church, is a past-president of the Richmond Rotary Club, serves on several committees and boards in Richmond, and coaches his kids ball teams. He also served two terms on the Richmond City Council.
