I am a tax professional and CPA with 25 years experience. While my firm can service most accounting needs, my primary focus is in the tax area. I have specialized niches in international tax, multi-state tax, estate and gift tax and tax controversies concerning the IRS and state tax authorities. I have worked with numerous Mexican and other foreign individuals and businesses doing business in the U.S.(in-bound), as well as, U.S. clients engaging in cross-border business (out-bound). International tax expertise in difficult to find in a local firm and larger firms tend to only want larger businesses as clients. I will work with mid-size and smaller clients that need this specialized expertise. While working for a large Fortune 50 company (AT & T) I gained substantial experience in the multi-state tax area, including state income, franchise, sales and use and property taxes. Multi-state tax is another specialization that is difficult to fine in local firms. I will work with both individuals and businesses that have complex tax issues and needs. My clients like working with me because they will be dealing me directly and not a younger staff or manager that has been delegated their account. Client calls come directly to me and I pride myself on being very responsive. My clients are free to contact me anytime, night or day, whenever it is convenient for them.
