Mark Handin has over $500M in acquisition/disposition experience. He focuses on sourcing and evaluating office acquisition opportunities for BPG. In this phase of the deal, Mark identifies investment opportunities, develops business plans, discusses the opportunities with potential LP investors, and negotiates JV terms. Upon successful acquisition, Mr. Handin then oversees the business plan executions of said acquisitions. He currently asset manages approximately 2.5M SF of office product in Northern California, Southern California, Nevada, and Arizona. He has full deal-cycle exposure/experience. When Mark is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and daughter, exercising, golfing, and spending time with family and friends. Mr. Handin also serves on the Charitable Board for QueensCare, which is a 501(c)(3) public charity that provides healthcare to underserved communities in Los Angeles. Mr. Handin holds a MBA and MRED from the University of Southern California. Mr. Handin received his B.S. in Finance from the University of Arizona, where he was also a member of the University of Arizona Rugby Team.
