About Mark Harms

20+ years of factory or new product development experience, including 19+ years at John Deere, where I've honed my expertise in Quality Management, Supervision, and Manufacturing Operations. My core competencies lie in elevating quality standards within the manufacturing landscape. During recent roles at John Deere, my core focus has been on managing the overall total quality plan and metrics for new large tractor 7R - 9R series programs. I embrace cultures similar to John Deere that thrived on meticulous quality planning and manufacturing excellence to ensure the equipment and products meet World Class best practices during development and throughout the lifecycle. I demonstrated this by successfully managing quality for (3) tractor development programs where we completed all Quality Integration work on time, per the plan, and meeting tractor metrics and goals. My personal mission is to continuously improve operational processes and products, ensuring metrics and goals are achieved.
