I am an experienced professional with a wide range of experience in supporting large national and global customers at both the technical and account level. Previous positions include Business Development, Sr. Sales Engineer, Pre-sales Technical Architect, and dedicated Project Manager for the Nestle' USA account. I possess strong technical skills and one of my major accomplishments included the creation of a custom RF solution for Nestle USA which resulted in yearly multimillion dollar sales revenues over the course of 7 years. During this same time, I also project managed the implementation of the nationwide build out of their wireless network. I am comfortable working under pressure either independently or collaboratively as part of a team. Some of my previous accomplishments include: SALES • Reached a sales goal of 121% of quota supporting my Territory Account Manager in a very difficult year. • Surpassed my sales goal at over 225% of quota in the same year which made our team the top sales team worldwide for the quarter. • Key performer of a 4 person regional team that brought in over 40% of the sales revenue for the entire company while working for a small company. • Secured Nestle as a global account at Motorola and drove business in excess of $10 million dollars. • Awarded Systems Engineer of the Quarter when working for Motorola Solutions. PROJECT MANAGEMENT • Project Managed (PM) and completed a rollout of wireless networks and mobile wireless terminals for Nestle USA which resulted in yearly multimillion dollar revenues over a 7 year period. • Resolved a support issue with a field service software product by QA testing, documenting solutions, and reducing open support tickets from over 60 to single digit numbers. TECHINICAL • Created and implemented a custom RF solution to support the Nestle USA business when working for a Symbol Technologies/Motorola partner. • Passed Certified Wireless Network Architect (CWNA) certification with 2 weeks of preparation. • Passed CompTIA Security+ certification with 1.5 days of preparation. • Administration of an entire network for a company with annual sales of over $300 million. Due to my wide range of experience, I am capable of jumping into a stalled technical or project issue and driving the issue to resolution. I am also comfortable in dual or multiple role positions that would include sales, systems engineering, and project management responsibilities.
