About Mark Healy

I am the BMS Systems architect (3+ years) for Infineon's new PSOC BMS (Battery Management System) product roadmap for automotive electric vehicles. I work closely with lead customers, product marketing, and multidisciplinary development teams to transform real-world needs into compelling products and roadmaps. My approach combines comprehensive system analysis, silicon/software strategy, and cross-functional leadership to create business value, balancing performance, safety, cost, and time-to-market while building trusted partnerships with customers. The first 10 years of my career I have spent in the semiconductor industry working on capacitive sensing chips for touchscreen, fingerprint, and capacitive button applications. During this time I have worked as a mixed signal verification engineer (1.5 years), analog design engineer (4 years), system architect role (4.5 years) defining the chip and AFE architecture for our next generation capacitive sensing chips. Responsibilities: • R&D for BMS and Capacitive sensing architectures and solutions • Silicon and Software roadmaps • System modelling and expert technical understanding • Conference and Customer presentations on our BMS products and solutions • Customer support • Technical documentation, trainings, and presentations
