About Mark Heerschap

Program & Projectmanagement => GETS THE JOB DONE! My mission is to realise digital transformation programs and projects. Whether it includes transitions to new digital services, the development and implementation of new digital solutions or the rollout of new digital technology, I get the job done! I have over 20 years of experience in IT, of which 15 years in Program Project Management and 5 years in managing multifunctional teams (+/-25-30 employees). During this period I managed several programs and projects within the government, semi-government and Dutch largest multinationals and medium-sized companies in various sectors. Besides this extensive experience, I have an ideal combination of theoretical and practical knowledge and skills complemented with courses to also be able to work methodically and analytically. My style of leadership is people-oriented and based on PDCA, Plan-Do-Check-Act. I enjoy working in teams, give space to the team and coach where necessary. Achieve something together, that gives me satisfaction! In unfamiliar situations, I keep calm by organizing, planning and creating overview. I prefer to be ahead of deadlines. That's how I realise programs and projects successfully!
